Summary:

Guggulsterone, a small molecule was shown to regulate differentiation of human pluriopotent stems cells into functional dopaminergic neurons. Multielectrode array (MEA) recordings showed increased activity in neural stem cell derived dopaminergic neurons over 21 days.
